Finding the Right Fit
Dismas offers two residential homes with different levels of support. Individuals are welcome to apply for either home, and our team will help determine which setting best meets their needs.
The Dismas Transitional Home is designed for individuals who have established a foundation of stability and are ready for a more independent living environment. Applicants should generally have stable employment and reliable transportation, at least six months of sobriety (if applicable), and external supports such as a sponsor, faith community, friends, or family.
Our Dismas Supportive Home, located just one block away, offers additional day-to-day support for those who are newly returning to the community, beginning recovery, or still working toward employment, stability, and a reliable support network.
Both homes are part of one shared Dismas community, with full access to the programs and resources offered through the Dismas Hub, just three blocks away.
Funding Note: The Transitional Home is newly opened and will pursue DMHA certification once required occupancy and operational thresholds are met. Recovery Works funding cannot be used at this location at this time. Recovery Works is currently accepted at our Supportive Home.
